My daughter has been dancing for 6 years. She's currently in TBA and needs to make sure she doesn't wear her flats outside of the dance room. These are perfect for that! They are also good for putting on your jazz and tap shoes. I don't think they would work well on their hip hop tennis shoes. I just ask her to put on her flip flops and change her shoes when she comes to class if she wants to do hip hop. Excellent product and famous dance products of this company.
