This is my 2nd one. The first one I received I was upset because there was no cord, so I filed a return. It also looked completely silver, which was not the style I had ordered. Best Buy was great about giving me a quick replacement.I got the 2nd one, and no cord. What the heck? And then my husband pointed out I needed to take the globe off of the base, and sure enough, the cord was inside. I feel so stupid!When I plugged it in, I discovered it was the one I ordered. You can't see the glowing stars until you turn it on.It seems to be working well and smells nice. My son loves it so much that I am going to take the unit I was going to return and give it to him insteadSo bottom line, look inside the globe for the cord! And because Best Buy had such a quick replacement, I am purchasing the 2nd one.
