Review on phpMyFAQ by David Butterfield

I like that it can be used by multiple languages so you don't have to learn one language for every tool out there! It's very easy to use with different databases (SQLite/MariaDB). The support has been extremely helpful as well. We've only had 1 issue where we thought maybe some of our questions were missing but they said it was all good because their system automatically adds them in if needed - which made us feel much better about everything being found within the database itself rather than searching manually through emails / text files :) There aren't any downsides really other then having too many options sometimes makes things confusing. This isn't an incredibly difficult program overall though once your familiarized yourself wth how its set up initially - this will go pretty quickly at first especially since most people who need help usually know what they're.
