Good strap, comfortable and long enough for everyone

I bought this to replace the original strap on my Kenneth Cole bag. It's wider and the rubber pad keeps it from sliding on my shoulder. When changing the belt length, the pad can slip over the belt. The ends are twisted to prevent the belt from twisting. The only complaint I have is that I would like it to be adjustable on either side. It's a long strap, which is good, but if I shorten it too much, the metal adjustment comes closer to the shoulder pad.
