Our home was built in the 1930's when it was known that most rooms needed no more than one or two outlets. So the area under my computer desk (which includes two computers, two monitors, a set of powered speakers, two powered hubs, four external hard drives, and a desk lamp) was a rat's nest of extension cords and plugs. I've been trying to figure out how to clean it for a long time. It finally dawned on me that a long stream strip would solve the problem. I knew Tripp Lite is a very reputable brand so I bought it. I have more outlets than I need, just in case. After much separating and untangling, I put everything neatly under my desk and wow what a difference. I wish it had taken me this long to figure it out!
