I bought this scale thinking it was a 'normal' size - but my ladies size 9.5 barely fits! My husband's height is 15 feet NO! This is what I'm most disappointed with, but the functionality is what I got it for and it works well and to the point. My only complaint and warning to anyone who buys this scale in the future, please note that the actual size of the scale is a lot smaller than expected - perfect for petite people, but we're not at all like that. My height is 5ft 9" and my husband is 6ft 7", the youngest of us is still home 13 and she is already 5ft 11" in women's shoes 11. Her toes or heels are off the scale so I'm almost the only one who can use it It's ok to read if you bend down far enough to get around your girl or your belly, wait for the scale to sit back down and wish you were watching - but hey, that's probably just me!
