The opening mechanism on the case broke easily
Update: Excellent customer service from the seller so I've added a star. My daughter loved it but it broke on the first day. It will not reopen. She must open it now and it will not remain closed. The eyeshadow applicator also broke. Instead, I gave her one of my eyeshadow brushes. It was a stocking. Makeup is bright and cheerful. I just wish the case was better.
