Review on Quitsnap by Scott Gamache

I love the ability to have my website pop up when someone clicks on it from any other webpage. It's been very helpful for me to be able to quickly pull up an email in the event of a customer service issue or if there's an update to an account. I've had some issues with the pop-up window freezing sometimes which makes it difficult for us to resolve issues as quickly as we'd like. We're able to keep our emails fresh by updating them frequently without cluttering up our inboxes. As mentioned earlier, this is one of several tools that we use at Quitsnap to improve our customer service. The benefit of using so many different types of tools is that we're able to address problems quickly and effectively.
