Easiest to install. It literally took me 10 minutes to install this replacement toilet in our RV. All hardware and new gasket were included. The only tools I needed were a 3/8 inch (10mm) wrench, some paper towels, and some detergent. My motorhome had the same toilet when we bought it. The only difference between the original and the replacement was that the new replacement has a soft-closing seat and lid. Those are nice features. No more slamming the toilet seat or lid. 1. Turn off the water. 2. Open the drains at the lowest point and open all taps. Prevent water from leaking from the water supply line to the toilet during the installation of a new toilet. remove the toilet 6. clean the bottom and the flange. A good opportunity to give the black tank a good rinse while you have the toilet turned off. I used my garden hose and a high pressure toilet cleaner wand to give the inside of the black tank a thorough spray. Make sure the new toilet seat gasket is properly attached to the bottom of the new toilet.8. Put on and secure a new toilet bowl. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN BOLTS.9. Attach the water line and close the drains at the bottom point.10. Turn on the water supply and check for leaks. THAT'S ALL YOU NEED FOR THE INSTALLATION. If I subtract the time it took me to spray my black tank, it only took 10 minutes.
