In my opinion not enough
The button on the side is exposed and the boot doesn't open, so you'll need to stretch the boot and see if you can slip your little one's foot inside. Looks like it's the right size, just can't open wide enough to fit your foot. Too bad because I'm sure they would look good. It is possible to return the purchase. I would suggest a snap or strap that can be undone for easier access.
