Review on 🍨 SUMO Stainless Steel Ice Cream Scoop - Ergonomic Handle, Sturdy Scooper, Dishwasher Safe (Blue) by Tammy Lewis

Revainrating 5 out of 5

This ice making is like a religious experience.

Let me start by saying I take my ice cream seriously. Like all aspects. Flavor, texture, even tools! And my wife, who is next to useless when it comes to scooping up cured dairy, relies on me to whip up creamy perfection. So when a stripped-down, dishwasher-safe aluminum dish comes between me and my French Vanilla plate, I get instantly annoyed. I've been scouring the stores looking for something that A) is built like brick B) is dishwasher safe because handwashing is for the proletariat B) has an innovative or hydrodynamic shape so it will blast through even the most frozen frozen treats, and C) has at least as much style as function. NOTHING met all requirements! So I took a chance and bought a decent looking model I found at Revain from a random SUMO company that doesn't seem to make other cookware style products. And he arrived. And I kind of fell in love with boys. This thing is OFF THE CHAIN. Meets and exceeds all requirements. It's made out of solid rock and looks like you could probably kill a warthog or hippopotamus if you jump on it. It has a great leading edge and slices through hard ice like an angry gangster chasing you for drug money. It's easy to clean and the durable rubber handle feels like you're holding a newborn's scalp. It has everything! And thanks to BIG UTENSIL I would never have thought that possible until now. Guys, I bought another one. Yes, I bought a second one. WHO NEEDS TWO ICE SPOONS?!?! I don't know, but now I've got two bloody scoops of ice cream to get my hands on. That's 200% more than any dairy-based frozen dessert since chocolate syrup.

Pros
  • Kitchen Utensils and Gadgets
Cons
  • Crumpled Packaging
