Great way of keeping employees connected

The ability for an employee to have access to this service 24/7 without having to be at work has been great! I don't know how this could get better but there isn't anything I dislike about it yet :).
Sometimes when you first sign in you may not see all your information until after you refresh or try again.
This can take some time so make sure if someone else needs to use it right away then they should wait till later before trying to login with them. Using this tool during times where we are experiencing busy periods helps keep everyone informed and makes communication more efficient.

Pros

It is one less thing employees must do as far scheduling, shifts go into our system automatically once approved by manager which allows us easier tracking throughout day.
It's easy enough that most people will figure out what everything does easily even though sometimes new staff need help learning certain features (or maybe just me..hahaha)
