I like that you can customize your reports to exactly what you need, which makes it easy to use in an ongoing manner. There are some features (like being able to create custom fields) that aren't as intuitive or straight forward as other tools out there. It does require some initial training but after that, its not too difficult to learn how everything works. We haven't used the tool extensively yet so we don't have any serious complaints about using this product now. If you're looking to do regular reporting of data then bettergraph will be a great fit for you. For us, our primary goal was to track new leads coming into our sales team from various channels, including social media posts.
