BetterGraph Review

I like that you can customize your reports to exactly what you need, which makes it easy to use in an ongoing manner. There are some features (like being able to create custom fields) that aren't as intuitive or straight forward as other tools out there. It does require some initial training but after that, its not too difficult to learn how everything works. I liked that you could easily navigate through different features of bettergraph, without having to go backand forth between tabs in order to find what i needed at any given time. I like that it has multiple options, so you can customize your reports in different ways to fit what suits best each individual client's needs! It also allows me access from anywhere at any time via my phone or computer - this helps when working remotely as well (which we do often). I like that it provides a lot of options when it comes to creating reports, as well as some nice features like exporting into Excel or CSV. The interface could be more user friendly. Also, sometimes when you are editing a report, sometimes the system will hang up and not allow you to edit the report. It's not very often but this has happened to me a few times.
