Extremely severe headache
I took this pill for a few days and noticed that it gave me a headache. At first I thought it was stress, but after I stopped taking it, my headaches stopped. I haven't noticed any increase in energy or other benefits. I haven't taken it for a long time because of the side effects. I'm not sure what ingredient caused my headache, but I wouldn't recommend this product.
