This key served as a key fob for my 2014 Chevy Cruze. My dealer said they don't only sell Cruze keys and wasn't sure if that would work. I had them cut the key for $2 + tax with no guarantees it would work. It only took me 30 seconds to program it and start the car with it. All you have to do is this. Chipkey Programming1. Start the car with the working key2. Wait for all beeps to stop3. Stop the car 4. Insert the key you just cut out and start the car within 5-10 seconds after you originally turn off the car. You must repeat this with all new keys. This also worked for my 2007 Cobalt (different style key).
