The fan used to cool the "light bulb" is pretty anemic, no limit, it's rated at 4 cfm, in reality it's probably blowing maybe 1-1.5 cfm. It is also not dustproof and moisture-proof, if the "bulb" is not hermetically installed in the headlight, then it dies from moisture and dust rather quickly.
