I wanted to like this recorder and I wanted it at first but after a few months it didn't hold a charge at all making it unusable. If you get this, be sure to get insurance. I would like to update my answer. The company behind Dictopro saw the first reaction to my review the same day I posted it and responded with suggestions on how to fix the issue. I tried it but the system wouldn't turn on and we believe it was because I overcharged the device (leaving the system on the charger). They emailed back and said no problem - they will send me a replacement! I didn't expect such a good result! I am changing my rating to 5 stars. This is the type of service we rarely see anymore. Thank you!
