I had a hard time figuring out how to set this up, but once I did the recording was surprisingly clear and easy to use. It is important that you set it up as mp3 or wav if your computer supports wav. Mine can't and I would lose everything if I didn't adjust it carefully. Great what they did. and now a nice clear record.

Thin and light. I purchased this item for my daughter to use for her college coursework. The device is very easy to use and has good sound/recording quality. I like the auto-off feature that allows students to easily switch between recordings for different classes. The microphone range is 15 to 20 feet (the longest distance we've tried so far).
