I have these for my metal transmission cooler lines that run alongside my new long tubes to keep the lines/transmission fluid as cool as possible. I used them because I had a recovery transfer and could move them around the lines. WARNING: Wear gloves when installing them because they contain fiberglass and it will get stuck in your fingers and irritate you for days (don't ask me how I know). They weren't as flexible and bendable as I was hoping to get around the pre-bent metal trans-lines and as you bend and bend the product the outside of the aluminum foil starts to crack and break. Overall, I hope this helps protect and cool down the translines.
