It was very easy to put on and the mount is holding up very well! (deserves one star) It feels very sturdy and is slightly stiffer/thicker than the original Fitbit band. (deserves one star) I'm a male with a 7 3/4" wrist. Unfortunately, the side with the buckle is TOO SHORT. This results in the Fitbit being on the wrong side of your wrist. I ended up having that Straps reversed to make it usable making it backwards and difficult to put on Should not be returned.
