Easy to use and quick delivery of emails when we are not reachable is awesome! We have been able fix many issues that otherwise would be very difficult to solve through other means (including our own employee's lack for internet connection or just not being available). The platform could stand to improve by making everything more interactive with real-time feedback from users; it is great but can get frustrating at times for us non-technical people who are learning how this new system works. However the support team has always helped whenever I need help. Be prepared that there will be occasional outages while your account syncs with servers (sometimes hours/days) so this may impact productivity. We were missing some customers due to customer service shutdowns which made tracking down leads problematic. For these reasons - and others for sure - is makes sense to move away from another cloud CRM in favor of EmailOndeck. Thanks again for helping me find my way here! I like that you can use it to receive an email address from a friend or someone you know. I also like that you can use it to receive an email address from a company you are applying to. The only thing I dislike is that I can only receive a temporary email address. I think that it is a good product. I have used it to receive an email address from a friend I met at a conference. I also have used it to receive an email address from a company I am applying to.
