I live in a city that has long rid of plastic shopping bags. No issue for me. I love not having bags full of bags that just go into the trash.My previous favorite is no more, a long unfortunate story. And I couldn't just buy another because it was a gift with purchase from a place I used to work at. But! It led me to this one and I will be purchasing one or two more.The size, basic black, shoulder straps and sturdiness are what I searched for on a handful of sites. It was harder to find than I thought it was going to be. I had to search using various key words/phrases, because every which way would bring up different results. As I searched, I favorited/added to lists when I came across what I thought MIGHT work. That list was small. 4? and 2 of those were grey.During a very random clicking of pages, this one popped up. Checking the details, it was perfect. I was way too excited about a reusable bag, lol!(and now I know i should've been using the search term, utility bag. ugh)I used it for the first time this past weekend. It was wide enough to easily fit a bakery box of a dozen cupcakes and long enough to still fit 2 small gift bags next to it.It was perfect for my Home Depot shopping trip today with various painting and plumbing supplies.It'll be great for parties that I help cook/bake for, bringing big baking dishes/containers.The one thing I don't see any mention of in the product description is an elastic loop attached to one of the outside corners. I fold the bag up and loop that elastic around to keep it compact when it's stored away, and it makes it easy to hold onto when it's empty.
