The tool provides us with all functionality we need to effectively manage our customers' devices/servers (both physical and virtual) in terms of licensing compliance, as well as configuration control. It's also very user friendly so it requires little training time during onboarding process; which allows quick deployment at relatively low cost compared to similar offerings from other vendors. I would suggest focusing more on improving your support experience rather than trying out new features if you want to grow business within this industry. Our organization needs tools that can help solve customer problems without delays or additional costs by utilizing our agents who are already working in an agentless environment. At least 50 percent of users have had issues using existing solutions since its launch due to lack of proper knowledge about how such software operates before buying or deploying their products. I like that it has everything in one place. It also makes the software easy to use and understand. So far so good! Maybe some better documentation would be nice. I think there are some things too complicated to understand, but the support team can help you with any problems you might have. The price is great. Nothing at this time. I am using it to keep our customers files safe. I don't have any concerns about the product itself. It is very user friendly and keeps our customer's information secure.
