As a life coach, I was dissatisfied with the dearth of useful information that could be found in the online store for HOME4. In spite of the fact that they assert that they provide a vast selection of products that foster inventiveness, learning, and imagination, we found that in practice, their offerings were seriously lacking. Their "learn-to-read" kits comprised of child's play picture books that offered little in the way of actual education. The "science experiment" kit that I bought was lacking several key components, so it couldn't be considered complete. And the solutions to their "brain teaser" puzzles were so simple that even a toddler could figure them out. In addition to this, their customer support was slow to respond and offered no assistance. When I reached out to inquire about a missing item in my purchase, I received a simple message stating that they "take great pride in offering a wide variety of products that encourage creativity, learning, and imagination." This was in response to my inquiry about the item. This reaction was not only ineffective but also unprofessional. Neither of those things are good. In general, I would not advise anyone who is serious about their own personal progress and development to purchase HOME4. Their products are lacking in the breadth and depth of content required to effectively foster significant learning and development. If you're searching for resources that are more substantial and worthwhile, I recommend looking in other places.
