I could not defeat the noise inside the case. If you remove contact with the metal, it will turn out exactly, but I can’t do it in my case. Before the final installation, I had it lying outside, just on a book, while I copied a few terabytes from my old hard drives. And the sound was practically inaudible, but in the case during active work it’s already straight tyr-tyr-tyr. This sound does not bother me personally, let it rumble as much as you like, but it can infuriate someone else in the room. The speed of reading a 38GB file when copying to an SSD is around 150mb / s. Smaller files are copied at a noticeably slower speed.
