I've read some reviews from people who got knockoffs. But what I have is a real popsocket. My wife and I attached them to our Otterbox cases. They stick well, but check out some YouTube videos. In our cases, it was really necessary to wipe the rubber cover with alcohol first so that it sticks well. I don't wear skinny jeans. So I can still toss my phone in my pocket without plugging it into a popsocket. My wife says she doesn't understand how she's been using her phone without it for so long.
