The attached parts keep falling out

This item broke on the first day.
The tail keeps falling out and the battery doesn't last. Such an expensive toy, I thought it meant it would be a good quality toy and that it would last at least a few weeks!

This is smaller than depicted but very cool!

Cons

Sync up easy. Easy to control battery life is good
