So upset! on shoes
I have been buying Chaco for many years and love them. I don't know if they're fake or if the quality just dropped, but they're awful. After 10 minutes my little fingers were literally bleeding from the friction of the straps. The strap you are pulling is also too long and will touch the floor when properly tightened. I tried washing them with fabric softener as directed on their website but that didn't work. I wish I had put them in the window again instead of waiting for spring to try them!
