After reading many reviews I decided on this pair. I usually wear a 7.5 so I went for the 7W and it fits perfectly! They are very comfortable from the moment you put them on!

The straps are too thick and the sole is too thick. I was looking for comfortable sandals that are not flip flops. They are heavy and not very comfortable. And they are expensive. I will send them back.

Uh, I was so upset they didn't work. I wear a size 8W and followed the instructions to size down as they run large. The length of the sandal was perfect, but it was still too narrow for my wide feet. Love the brand, not the stylish sandal.

I like these. They are very comfortable and I have my favorite chacos. Other reviews of being uncomfortable make no sense to me. Chacos have adjustable straps. Ideal for high arches. They are the best and this is a killer deal! Absolutely worth buying.

I have been buying Chaco for many years and love them. I don't know if they're fake or if the quality just dropped, but they're awful. After 10 minutes my little fingers were literally bleeding from the friction of the straps. The strap you are pulling is also too long and will touch the floor when properly tightened. I tried washing them with fabric softener as directed on their website but that didn't work. I wish I had put them in the window again instead of waiting for spring to try them!
