Love love love this product. I waited a long time before buying and asked many questions to my friends and read many reviews about robot vacuum cleaners. First, it's amazing value for money. The prize was a big win for me. During the week we had it, it charged or worked almost all the time and we kept emptying the bin. We have sinus allergies at our house, so my heart rejoiced when we threw away any dust. And we weren't sluts to begin with! I'm surprised to say that I'm already noticing an improvement in the air quality in our home; It's like the difference between doing your own house cleaning and having a professional deep clean. This vacuum cleaner works equally well on hard floors and carpets. It's also surprisingly quiet. It picks up dust, dirt and popcorn-sized particles. He also gathered the hair and wrapped it around the side brushes; it was very easy to remove. Easily retracts under beds and furniture. I was also impressed with how the brushes picked up all the dirt on the edges and corners. Did I mention that my whole family is very happy with it? I think it's more than worth the price and I love it. There are features we could have paid more for that aren't included in this version, but we didn't care about them. In the interest of full disclosure, I'll explain. First, this machine only vacuums, not mop. Secondly, the trash can is small and the battery life is not very long. It takes about 4 hours to fully charge, and when fully charged, it takes an hour to an hour and a half. On our first few runs, it stalled up to this point because the trash can was full of dust. He doesn't do stairs but stops at the top of the stairs as promised. I have a rug that rises a little over an inch above the hardwood floor and the vacuum has no problem with it, but it kind of hangs on the edge of the rug instead of coming down. Also, it doesn't have a dock to wave it back, so it will stop when the battery is low or the mug is full. It works randomly and has no frills like voice commands or scheduling. None of this has become an obstacle for us and we are very happy with that. I love PureClean and I don't want to be without it anymore.
