Love this item - possibly the best EDC flashlight EVER

Over the years I have owned a dozen or more flashlights from Fenix, Nitecore, Olight, etc Bought for EDC I've always found them to be lacking in one way or another (usually in the size department) I'll be the first to admit that even this little micro flux isn't perfect but it comes very close to the ultimate EDC flashlight close. You can actually carry this flashlight in your front pocket all day without even noticing it. The 250 lumen light output is incredibly bright. Keep in mind that it has a flat reflector so it's not meant to be to produce a lot of flare, but the spread and light coverage is excellent.Switching the power between the first and second lumen settings takes some practice as you get the timing right have to wipe. But with a little practice you can do it. The instant on function is important for an EDC flashlight. With this light, you can turn it on instantly by partially pressing the button on the tail, or you can press it fully and block the light. When ordering, make sure you order the correct flashlight. I have the Coyote version which defaults to high lumens on the first press and low lumens on the second press. The rest of the versions are exactly the opposite. If you want the high-brightness mode to activate first, consider getting the Coyote version. If you want an instant low first, get one of the other versions. I can see the pros and cons of each version, so think about where and how you're going to use it, and let that usage guide you. Overall this is a great little light. Would I buy another one if I lose this one? You bet I would.
