Poor quality for kitchen and dining room

I liked this pan because of its size. Couldn't find that size so decided to buy this one. But when I washed it and started rubbing it, the paint started washing off the aluminum pan. I know the saying "you get what you pay for" but nothing like that should be on the market. It is dangerous for people's health. It doesn't seem healthy to stain a pan this way, especially before baking. i will send it back
