This is an expensive piece of equipment, however, it's not overpriced and very reasonable considering the software that comes with it. The tablet is already pre-loaded with the AI software and can be used immediately without adding any special features, but we wanted it to be able to track employees remotely, so it required a bit more setup for our dog daycare. The one issue we had is connecting to our wifi. We had a very high-security (WP3) enabled on our network and the tablet was unable to successfully integrate with our network until this was turned off. Once we got our wifi connected, it was smooth sailing to setup everything else from our laptop. We are still working on employee access and AI recognition, but A++ for this device. This device works in both Farenheit and Celsius, so you'll never have to do conversions. Some parts of the application are in Chinese, but Google Translate helps with this and it's only one or 2 settings, so it won't impede your usage if you are not a native speaker. We plan to use this device for an upcoming Puppy event with owners, therefore we can ensure the safety of staff and attendees. We couldn't be happier. OH! And the shipping containers was amazing! I've never seen anything shipped so perfectly from an ebay carrier. Our package came in a wood box that you needed a flat head screwdriver to open.Con: the sanitizer sprayer is a SPRAY nozzle and it REALLLLY spray a little too wide and everywhere, so you have to cup your hands underneath to prevent a mess, but I'm hopeful that we can find a SOAP nozzle and use that instead.
