I use a mixer all the time (I bake cakes). The mixer is made of quality materials. There are whisks for whipping and for kneading the dough, they are easily removed from the mixer - by pressing a button, they do not rust over time, they are very easy to clean. The mixer is quite powerful, there are seven speeds that switch smoothly. It is comfortable to hold in your hand. Works great with creams and cake batter.
