First of all, the customer service is better than any other product I have ever purchased from Revain. They do everything, they got back to me and sent me a brand new device as I wasn't very happy with the original device. The product itself appears to have exactly the same software and hardware as 50% of similar products. This is not a professional device, but it is quite suitable for home use. I think the electrical sensor is a bit more sensitive. Conclusion: You get the same product from most other brands with Revain, the only difference is the case, but the same software/hardware. The key here is that Vivreal's customer service is way better than most. So for a few euros more you have peace of mind.
