This is the best pillow I have ever had. I've had it for about a week and to be honest I've slept better the last few nights than I have in years. I am not pregnant and have no plans to become pregnant, but I have back problems and arthritis which made it difficult for me to sit on my old standard pillow. The best part I think is that it's not crowded. Its density provides ample support without forcing the head or shoulders to bulge toward the ceiling. I know it's made for side sleepers, in this case it works great, but I'm not very tall so I can also lie in it like a nest, which is nice too. Another great thing about it is that it has no smell at all. I've bought other pillows and they usually come out of the bag smelling like some kind of chemical disaster. If you are considering a body pillow I highly recommend this one.
