I just ordered this as a dietary supplement because of the pain after getting up. I advise you to start with half a scoop and see how it fares on your tummy. Do not take 3 times a day as recommended by the serving. You will quickly go through this bath. Even if you use it in half a scoop. I feel like I'm either getting used to the exercises I'm doing or it's helping me recover faster. Overall it's pretty decent. If you're tired of the same old brands, it's worth a try. Especially when there's no way to have another soda, fruit punch, chocolate, or vanilla sports drink.
