THIS IS NOT 3 x 3 x 3" indicating that it is a 'clutch cover' or part that fits inside the clutch to protect it from the elements and keep it in place THIS IS 2 3/ 4 x 1/ 16 x 11 3/4" Adhesive HITCH TOP PLT Cap with the same part number listed. After waiting two weeks (after my card was charged!) for something not as described, I was very upset.
