I finally found a use for my car CD player. I mean, who really uses CDs? Okay, you give, but I definitely don't. And this little gadget is the way to success! I used to have a clip in my phone holder with a vent and it was blocking the vent! In the summer it means my precious air conditioner is blocked and can't blow straight in my face and in the winter my phone gets hotter than the sun and in case you didn't know it's terrible for your phone. So now I have this thing (it's a technical term) and it's working as it should. The device fits well on my phone and fits comfortably in the CD slot. It has two small sliders (see photos) which you push to place it in the CD slot and then release and it snaps into the slot. I was a little nervous about the weight of the phone flying out and breaking the plastic frame of my radio but I took it on a 4 hour trip yesterday and it was great. I would say the CD slot holder is a must have for anyone using their phone in the car for GPS or music or just want to watch one. The claw holding your phone also rotates 360 degrees so you can hold your phone at any angle. I received this product at a discount based on my honest and unbiased opinion.
