Okay so I’m 5’5 155lb (as of this morning) And 34 c. The smallest part of my waist is 28 inches. I was swimming in the M, so i ordered both the S and the XS. This this the XS. Little tight in the Boobs, I don’t want to wear at the seams. But the small is like a half inch too big. This isn’t a stretchy dress. It’s a very unforgiving but soft and flowy and very cloth like and that’s exactly what I wanted but just to fit right.
