I loved my mop 100% and then bought a new mop head after six months of use. Put on a new mop head. attached it with a zip tie, that little ring that goes through to attach the bar in it and that little thing you use to secure it, well, suck suck, really bad! It will not stay firmly in place and the squeegee cords will continue to get stuck in it. I picked up the old ring and put it back on, that didn't help either. I am very saddened by this as I use the mop for the whole house at least once a day if not more often. You absolutely need to fix this problem.
