This is a great product and great value for money. I bought it because drugstore hair dye doesn't cover my gray hair like it used to. In addition, Bigen has a good reputation in the Asian community. This is another reason I tried it on my Asian hair. Bigen covers very well. The color is a bit darker than stated, so be sure to take that into account. Light maroon is similar to dark golden brown in my opinion. In general, they are very easy to use. The dye is available in powder form. All you have to do is mix it well with water and apply. I highly recommend that you purchase a hair dye applicator brush at your local beauty store. This greatly simplifies the application of the mixture. I also liked that this product does not contain ammonia or other harsh chemicals. It smells like some herbs, not chemicals like other hair dyes. In addition, unlike other hair dyes, the hair does not become coppery after several washes. In addition, the color does not wash out like pharmacy colors. A good product. I gave it 4 stars mainly because it didn't have an applicator or stirrer to help mix and apply the powdered paint. Gloves are included but mostly disposable, although each bottle can last for 2 or more uses depending on hair length.
