My clothes fit better and I have MUCH more energy

I ordered these bins for the 21 Day Fix Challenge group for the first 3 weeks of July. I've been trying to lose weight for over 4 years. I worked out on my own and followed a nutrition plan I found online and lost 5 pounds in the first two weeks. In the third week I loosened up and didn't really tighten, but I still lost 2 kilos and in the week off almost 3. That's almost 10 kilos in one month. My clothes fit better and I have MUCH more energy. Even just for portion control, they're totally worth it.
