Dyson v10 has the problem that not all floor nozzles

I would give this one 5 stars, it was easy and quick to assemble (I have an assembly phobia) and the stand itself is simple and straightforward. I have an issue with this which I believe only applies to v10. I want to contact the seller and ask about my problem. When I placed my vacuum on the stand and followed the visual two-step instructions on the packaging showing how to position the scrub head and then lean it against the frame, I couldn't get it to look like I saw it in the photos, it should look like that. In most of the pictures the stick is leaning against the frame, so the frame supports the stick and the weight of the heavy part with the motor/battery/bag. In some photos, the cane is standing upright instead of leaning back. My vacuum just tilted forward (see photo), which didn't feel stable at all even without the heavy part. When I attached the heavy part, it leaned forward more and wasn't stable. The cleaning head just didn't seem to fit in the space behind a locking bar on the bottom of the stand that keeps the head from rolling or sliding forward. Due to the size of the cleaning head there was no room for the stick to recline as the stick position was not far enough forward to recline or even stand upright. The depth of the head was too wide, too deep - I measured it to be about 5 inches deep. I was very disappointed because otherwise it is so perfect. Why aren't mine like the pictures? I tried loading the head back into the frame by placing the front of the head on the locking bar, back of the head up, and something happened so that when I was done the stick was straight up , instead of leaning backwards, but straight up was much better than leaning forward. When I looked closely I saw that I had somehow placed the entire head ABOVE the handrail so that the handrail was INSIDE the head, you could see it through the clear plastic cover. This allowed the vacuum cleaner to move forward on the stand. That was a few days ago and since then I've been happy with the stand on the wall and I'm in no danger of anyone tripping over it but I'm looking at that metal. on the inside of the cleaning head, next to the roller, I can imagine that if the vacuum falls, the cleaning head could be damaged. I want to speak to the seller about this to see if it's supposed to stand like that because I know it's not meant to be tipped forward with that heavy battery and the mechanism that sits on top and pulls it forward will. I noticed this in the photo on the box, they appear to have a Dyson v8. I've looked at pictures of v8 and v10 on youtube and other places, obviously people are asking if they should get v8 or v10 and there are people on the internet who answer the question by providing detailed comparative information on each vacuum cleaner. The photos clearly show that the v10's cleaning head is larger than the v8's cleaning head and has more depth. The stand is perfect for the v8, it doesn't lean forward. he leans back. Another thing I found that will be relevant to people with v10 who are wondering if this stand suits them - all the v10 photos that stand on this stand have a hard floor cleaning attachment, NO washing head for everyone genders. So if you mainly use a hard floor brush, I think this stand will work for the v10. I have carpeted floors and very little hard floors, so I want my vacuum to be mounted and stored with an all-floor nozzle. I will rarely use a soft head on hard floors so I don't want to store it with this head. I want it ready to use with headers for all floors. I put the soft hard floor cleaning head on the vacuum cleaner handle and it fit perfectly on the stand. When I put the vacuum on a stand with a stop in the all gender nozzle (see photo) it works great, just what I need. i really like it but i need some reassurance that it's safe to hold it like this, in fact it seems a bit disconcerting to me because of the locking bar in the head, but this is the perfect position for the stand to work well with the v10 with all of its brush floors . There is no other stand like this and I would like it to work with my vacuum but I am not sure.
