This casual daypack is an utter disappointment. Although it's lightweight and the color options are attractive, the lack of structure and support makes the shoulder straps cut into your skin. The cramped pockets are inconvenient to access, and the "multipurpose" feature makes the backpack appear more like a luggage. You would be better off investing in a better quality product.
