Great Design, Limited Features

This simple machine is beautifully built and I know it will last a long time if not abused (definitely not heavy duty "rental" gear). I also have two mic arms made by the same people (Sevenoak/Boya) and using the same materials - literally the same carbon tubes and the same machined aluminum locking rings. These two rods have been excellent and have had many trips and many productions over the past year. So I am sure that everything will be fine with that. My only regret - and the reason for deducting a star - is the functionality. When I made the purchase, I certainly KNEW that this device didn't have a tilt function, but I didn't realize how much I wished it did. However, I've used this in combination with my Moza Air 2 gimbal (and lightweight DSLR, Fuji X-T3) for great results, and the gimbal not only gives me smooth and comfortable remote control of tilt, but also pan and manual focus pull . . It's a little unwieldy to mount it all on a boom, but the combination is really dynamic, delivering amazing big, smooth and wide camera movements.
