The jury is still out on Interior

I'll try to come back and update this review but couldn't get this to work at the moment. When I tried I only had a metal key for my truck as it went through the auction and used car store where the keys disappear and you are lucky if you get more than one key. I wasn't aware of the key system for the 2014 Ram, Dodge, Chrysler key system where there is a metal key, but there is also a key fob (which had to be paid extra at the dealership) that actually fits in the keyhole. myself. So since I follow the instructions and it says insert the original key, I didn't have the key fob at the time. The process failed several times. I also recommend getting an extension for the OBD connector, as the instructions say the device should be plugged in with the driver's door closed. I'm too big for all this so I'm trying again now that I have the type of "Original" key they require. The problem is I BELIEVE the device is now locked and I immediately get a code saying the device has already been paired to another vehicle or something. Which I have never connected to any other OBD port. So I'm trying to find the right time to call tech support while they're open and also be able to work on it in the 90 degree heat. I'll try to remember to update this. If anyone from the company reads this I will definitely leave a positive review if I can get this thing working. I have already had to buy a replacement key/fob from the dealer and I will say it was around $400!
