Review on Lulyboo Bassinet To Go Classic by Shannon Williams

Revainrating 1 out of 5

There is no hood, completely unsafe for the child. I want my money back.

Arrived complete without canopy without explanation (false advertising?). Apparently someone opened my box or previously returned an item sent to me. Unacceptable. The most important thing is that this sleeping place, as I understood very quickly, is completely unsafe. I was totally convinced by many reviewers to buy this because it looks so cozy and cute. I'm not the type to write reviews or negative reviews, but when it comes to child safety I think it needs to be said. This bed doesn't have enough pillows to support a baby's fragile head. The holes for the sleeping person to breathe are also cheeky. They are only half filled from below. What if the child presses their face against the top of the fabric where there are no holes to breathe? There's just so much wrong with it. The only way to get this to work was to put a small mattress topper (from another product) in there for my kid to try and get some benefit from. In addition, it is not hygienic that there is no separate pad to cover. If the baby always sleeps on a padded pad, it will be stained with milk, especially newborns who constantly spit up. There's no way you can wash it, and if you did, I wouldn't recommend putting this clumsy thing in the wash. Also, I love the butterfly and snail, but the material doesn't take washing and drying very well. These are the only 2 toys on our laundry list that always attract lint. Just a poorly designed product all over the place. There was great potential here. PLEASE RETURN TO ME OR AT LEAST SEND ME ONE CANOPY! I paid over $80 for an unsafe bed.
