Bought for our granddaughters. Installation guide and remote control in Chinese. I have contacted support. They sent instructions in English. The installation guide didn't help much as it wasn't fan specific. Luckily my husband is electrically savvy. He figured out the wiring before we got the instructions in English. Initially received incorrect removal instructions. Contacted support again and the correct ones were sent. The support team responded quickly to our queries, but only via email. Dear fan. Quiet. Well balanced. The lights are an LED ring which I have never seen before. After the light burned out, it is not certain that a replacement can be found. Since this is an LED, hopefully it will take many years for the light to burn out. By then, our granddaughters will be ready for a grown-up fan. The fan has 6 speeds. The lowest speed 1 is very high. Rather medium speed. Speed 3 is synonymous with high speed. Never set it to speed 6 as 3 was too high. You must use the remote control. There are no chains to turn the lights on and off or change the fan speed.
